REFUG® is a cold-processable, polymer-modified, and high-quality sealing compound.

Application Areas:

• Sealing joints, cracks, and seams on traffic surfaces of all load categories
• Repair of grid cracks
• Repair of longitudinal joints between concrete an asphalt
• Creation of expansion joints and connection joints (e.g., curbstones, step treads and risers, paving stone and facade joints)
• Filling of induction loops

Requirements:

The surface must be free of contaminants, dust, and grease. The material temperature during application should be between +15°C and +30°C. For concrete joints, pre-treatment with
REAKTIV PRIMER is recommended.

Application of REFUG 2K – 5kg Container:

1. Clean the surface and connections thoroughly and, if necessary, pre-treat with REAKTIV PRIMER for optimal adhesion.
2. Stir Component A thoroughly with a drill mixer, then add Component B and mix until no white streaks are visible.
3. Process the finished mixture quickly, pour it into the damaged area, and use it completely. The curing process starts rapidly!
4. The filled joint can be smoothed with a spatula and sprinkled with grit or sand. Using color-matching sand helps the joint blend in visually with the surroundings.
5. Since REFUG® fills almost all cavities in a joint, additional filling may be required.
6. Once mixed, the opened container cannot be stored.

Application of REFUG 100 – Cartridge:

1. Open the cartridge cap and screw on the provided mixing nozzle.
2. Insert the cartridge into a caulking gun suitable for the cartridge size.
3. Quickly fill the cleaned joint with the cartridge contents. The curing process starts rapidly!
4. The filled joint can be smoothed with a spatula and sprinkled with grit or sand. Using color-matching sand helps the joint blend in visually with the surroundings.

Since REFUG® fills almost all cavities in a joint, additional filling may be required.

Partially used cartridges can be reused with replacement mixing nozzles. Contact your
