VIALIT DOSENASPHALT

VIALIT DOSENASPHALT consists of a sand component with graded aggregate material of grain size 0/4 and a special emulsion made of polymer-modified bitumen.
Application Areas:
- Elimination of small depressions
- Leveling of uneven surfaces
- Filling wide cracks or joints
- Creating small ramps
- Corrections after manhole maintenance
- Levelling of road structures to protect against snowplows
- Backfilling of rumble strips
Requirements:
The surface must be slightly damp and free from contaminants, dust, and grease. The processing temperature should be at least +20°C in summer and at least +10°C in spring and autumn.
Application:
- Place the sand in a mixing container and then add the bitumen emulsion.
- Thoroughly mix the sand and binder until homogeneous.
- Quickly distribute and level the mixture using a rubber squeegee or trowel.
Rapid processing is essential! The setting time of the material at 25°C is within minutes. The installed material does NOT need to be compacted. - Depending on weather conditions and layer thickness, the applied mixture is drivable after approximately half an hour and rain-resistant after at least 2 – 3 hours.
- Thoroughly clean all used tools with water before the emulsion dries.
Consumption:
1 x Component A+B per 1 m² at an average installation thickness of 1 cm.
